All items sent within the UK Mainland are sent by Royal Mail
All deliveries for non mainland, Europe and the rest of the world will be sent by Royal Mail
Returns
We are a Drop shipper/Wholesaler, and we will only accept returns if the item is faulty or significantly different from the description.
You will have to decide on your own returns policy for change of mind or
wrong size ordered.
You may cancel your order within 7 days of placing the order for a full refund this is in line with DSR's..
All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defects, unless otherwise stated, (i.e., irregulars, defectives, etc.).
Damage due to excessive wear, improper care, or prolonged display will not be considered for refund.
Returns are for merchandise credit only and will be held on account.
The only exception and justification for return of merchandise is:
- Defective merchandise.
- Substitution of styles or colours by manufacturer error.
- Delivery of merchandise after confirmed cancellation date without buyers extension.
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation
from Simply Gorgeous Wholesale.
No returns or exchanges will be allowed
for any item viewed as worn, showing dirt, original tags removed or
removed from the original packaging.
